1. Service Provision

MultiResize provides a web-based image resizing service that allows users to upload, resize, and download images through our 100% USA based platform. By using our service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Payment and Fees

The service charges $5 per batch of images processed, regardless of the number of images in the batch. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are available only in case of service failure where no processed images could be delivered.

3. Image Processing and Storage

All image processing is performed on servers located in the United States. Images are stored temporarily during processing and for a maximum of 24 hours after processing to allow for download. After this period, or immediately after download, all images are permanently deleted from our servers.

4. Use Restrictions

Users may not upload illegal content or images containing:

• Copyright-protected material without proper permissions
• Obscene, offensive, or illegal content
• Malware or executable files disguised as images

5. Service Limitations

The service limits uploads to 10MB per image and 20 images per batch. These limits may change based on server capacity and performance considerations.

Your images are processed securely with the following guarantees:

• All processing occurs on secure servers in the USA
• Images are stored in memory during processing
• Files are deleted immediately after download, or within 24 hours
• Images are never viewed by humans or used for any other purpose
• No image metadata or content is analyzed beyond what's needed for resizing

2. Data Collection

We collect minimal data required to provide our service:

• Temporary session data to track your batch of images
• Image dimensions and formats for processing
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe, not stored on our servers)

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage only to:

• Maintain your session between page refreshes
• Save your payment session for recovery if interrupted
• No tracking or advertising cookies are used

• Bootstrap and FontAwesome for interface components
